She is an American Christian. She has a degree in Culinary Arts. She has a severe phobia in reptiles.

Physically, Josefa is in pretty good shape. She is average-height with warm beige skin, blondie hair and black eyes.

She grew up in an upper class neighborhood. She was raised by her mother who works as Instructional Coordinator, her father having left when she was young.

She is currently married to Gregory Shilling. Gregory is the same age as her and works as a Company Technical Director.

Josefa has three children with 2 two different partners: husband Gregory and ex-boyfriend Alex: Julius aged 1, Bertha aged 2 and Miriam aged 16.

Josefa's best friend is a Physical Therapist named Beth Cohen. They have a very firey friendship. She also hangs around with Kara Boatright and Evelyn Morris. They enjoy eating out together.
